The Apprentice 2017: Is Michaela the winner? Karren Brady drops hint | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Michaela Wain made a good first impression on tonight’s show, demonstrating clever and intuitive sales methods.

She seems to have a big fan in Karren as well, who gushed about her talents at the launch.

Speaking to press including Express.co.uk, the 48-year-old said: “She is incredibly bright.

“I terms of sales she is excellent and she runs a successful business, but she’s not very confident.”

When asked if Michaela, who already turns over £3million each year with her plethora of businesses, is too successful to be on the show, Karren defended her decision to enter.

“I think she wanted to come on the show because she felt that working with someone like Lord Sugar would boost her,” she explained.

This comes after the businesswoman revealed a shocking “b**ch” fight that takes place in the series.

Karren admitted that the “unpleasant and emotional” scenes were hard to watch, saying that she felt the need to step in on the counter-productive brawl.

The Apprentice airs every Wednesday on BBC One at 9pm.
