Replacing Carol Kirkwood to present the BBC Breakfast segment, fans began to question where she has been hiding.
One thought the weather presenter was on holiday as they wrote: “@BBCBreakfast No @carolkirkwood ? Must be on holiday this week. Hope you’re enjoying good weather Carol! X.”
“Another morning. Another @BBCBreaking without @carolkirkwood. Dark times indeed,” said another disappointed fan.
A third said: “Disappointing that @carolkirkwood appears much less often on @BBCBreakfast these days.”
