Victoria’s Secret Bella Hadid: Supermodel’s runway diet and exercise regime revealed | Diets | Life & Style


Bella Hadid may just be 21 years of age but in a matter of months she became one of the biggest names in the modelling world. 

Since signing to IMG Models in 2014, the Californian beauty has been voted Model of the Year and has walked for some of the biggest fashion houses in the industry – Tommy Hilfiger, Balmain and Bottega Veneta, just to name a few. 

After making her Victoria’s Secret debut last year, Bella will now walk in this year’s show in Shanghai, China.

While the date of the show is yet to be announced, Bella has been working hard on her runway appearance to make sure she feels confident and looks flawless in the brand’s beautiful lingerie designs. 

Appearing on Australia’s Today Extra, she said: “You know it is hard work, they are on a diet and they work out every day. 

“There is a whole system to it for them to look, you know, the best version of themselves on the day of the show.” 

This year’s fashion show will be broadcast to the world on 10pm (US time) November 28 on CBS. 

UK fans will need to wait a little longer to watch their favourite strut their stuff on the runway. 

The official air date in the UK is yet to been confirmed, but the show typically airs on 4Music a week after it shows in the US. 

Those really dedicated can subscribe to Hayu to watch the show at the same time as America.
