In January’s edition of Rhapsody Magazine for United Airlines, the Oscar winner nearly bares all as she admits she wishes she was 30 now.
In a sultry, monochrome snap, the 72-year-old appears to be going topless as she takes a solo dip.
Placing a hand on her neck, Dame Helen is seen staring away from the camera while oozing glamour and wearing minimal make-up.
In another of the photos by Jason Bell, the actress’ pins take centre-stage in a sequinned minidress and matching heels, as she reclines on a sofa.
Among the other breathtaking images, Dame Helen wows in a black dress with bow-detailing, as well as a white silk two-piece and leopard print coat.
“I do wish I was 30 now,” she told the publication. “Not because I wish I was 30! Not that. But I want to have more of my life in the world we’re going to have for the next 40 or 50 years, for women.”
Dame Helen, who admitted that she “hated” Hugh Hefner, continued: “I just want to experience this world as a younger person. I had to go through the 60s and 70s, which was hideous.
“It was a hideous time for women, really because the impact of birth control and the so-called sexual explosion, which was actually dreadful for girls and women,” according to the MailOnline.
Dame Helen went on to talk about her sex symbol status, claiming she’s glad it is now “fading”.
“I’ve had to come to terms with it over a long periods of time,” she stated.
The star added: “Finally fading. And what does it mean really? Does it mean that people want to f*** you? Because that’s rather ghastly, isn’t it, the thought of all those weird strangers?
“I’ve always found it a very tacky and unpleasant tag, but it’s one I had to kind of grit my teeth and bear for a long, long time.”
