Holly Willoughby weight loss: How did she do it? | Diets | Life & Style

Holly Willoughby’s weight loss secret has finally been revealed by her Celebrity Juice co-presenter Keith Lemon.

Keith, 44, who has worked with Holly, 36, on Celebrity Juice since 2008, said it is all down to a particular form of exercise: boxing.

“I’ve heard a rumour that it’s some sort of boxing,” he said of the This Morning presenter’s weight loss.

“I asked if she was going to be bringing a fitness DVD out, because everyone’s going to be saying, ‘I want a body like Holly Willoughby!”

He continued to explain he, like the rest of the nation, had long been scratching his head over Holly’s weight loss.

“Ages ago she came back from holiday and I said she’d lost weight, I could see it in her face,” he said in the Sun Online interview.

“Then everyone picked up on it, and we were at a party a while later and I said ‘I bet you’re sick to death of everyone asking you how you’ve lost it…but how have you lost it?’.

He also praised the TV presenter: “Holly’s always been a total babe.”

Holly’s Instagram followers have praised her slimmed down figure on the social media platform. 

On Holly’s recent outfit post three days ago, one user wrote: “Holly you look amazing.”

Another added: Holly just wanted to say how incredible you’re looking in recent months.

“Your health is glowing and shining through and your body transformation is inspiring to women.”

Holly’s weight loss secrets have previously been kept quiet by the star – and for a good reason.

She said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance.

“As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.

“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”
