Meghan Markle: Weight loss achieved through THIS exercise | Diets | Life & Style

Meghan Markle, 36, is set to marry Prince Harry, 33, on May 19 2018 – but how will she maintain a wedding body in the run up to the big day?

The Suits actress said her body is thanks to a particular form of Pilates, which she first began practising in LA where she is from.

The Pilates is done on a Megaformer, which is a version of a Reformer machine – complete with cords and pulleys to help you work out.

Of the exercise, Meghan said: “It’s hands down the best thing you could do for your body.”

“You keep coming back for several reasons. Your body changes immediately,” she previously told Women’s Health UK.

She advised sceptics to “give it two classes and you will see a difference”.

Meghan also relies on green juice in order to keep her slim figure in check.

“It’s easy to fall into the trap of rushing for a coffee when you hit that 4 p.m. slump,” she told Today.

“But if I blend some apple, kale, spinach, lemon, and ginger in my Vitamix in the morning and bring it to work, I always find that sipping on that.

She added that the nourishing mixture was “a much better boost than a cup of espresso”.

Meghan begins the day with oats and banana for breakfast, after a glass of detoxifying hot water and lemon. But does drinking lemon water help you lose weight?

Then, she’ll have “something light” for her dinner in the evening, like soup.
